An offer I completed hasn't credited!

If an offer you completed hasn't credited, you should follow the procedure below to resolve the issue:

1. Ensure you've completed the exact steps listed in the offer. For example, if the offer description asks you to download an app and sign up for a free trial, the offer will not credit you until you sign up for the free trial.

2. Wait at least 1 working day. Some offers don't credit instantly and take time. Wait at least 1 working day for your offer completion to process.

3. Check your offer hasn't been reversed or isn't pending. Sometimes if you completed an offer illegitimately or your account is showing suspicious activity, your credits will be reversed or the credits will be in a "pending" state. Open a ticket if this is the case.
